My cats are the type that are more impressed with an empty box than with a toy. So I thought this was going to be a flop...another dust catcher.
I was so wrong. Months latter and they still love this gym.
They love to play, sleep, and hunt me from their jungle gym. It's amazing how much fun this thing has brought them.

Cool structure, bad material, no assembly instructions - Christine E. Moore - Arcadia, CA
For the cost, this was one of the coolest looking structures I could find. It has many levels, rope that my kitten loves to bat, a hammock that I hope some day my kitten will appreciate but currently terrifies him, and a little house with a peephole. However, I do not think the material is ideal for a cat tower. Usually cats like carpet-based material so they can scratch it and have grip when they climb it. This material is sort of plushy. I don't think my kitten likes it as much. Also, the cat tower came without assembly instructions and I am not adept at figuring things out on my own so I had to have my handyman help me build it.

I suppose you couldn't make one any cheaper. Cats will like this product - IF you get all the parts. DO NOT be misled by this seller's advertisement. You WILL NOT get assembly instructions. Do you know how frustrating it is to try and assemble something like this based on a picture? Trust me - the parts may all look the same but it takes some effort to figure out which posts go where and what the included hardware is for. Also - you WILL NOT get all the included parts. So I have purchased a product that has not met the stated criteria on their ad because it is only partially assembled. Warning: STAY AWAY from this seller unless you want a headache like I got from trying to figure out the pieces. No effort to reimburse me for an incomplete product was made either.

When ordering (25 Dec) this items there was nothing listed as or said about holiday closers or delays in shipping. In fact the confirmation email sent said:
Delivery estimate: December 31, 2009 - January 6, 2010
Shipping estimate for these items: December 28, 2009 - December 29, 2009
HOWEVER on 27 Dec I received the following message: Our company will be closed from Dec. 24th to Jan. 3rd for the holiday. All orders placed during those days will not be ship until Jan. 4th. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a Happy Holidays!
They are closed for ELEVEN DAYS, so nothing shipping for at least 12. I wish I received that much holiday leave or could just leave customers waiting this way. No matter how great the item might be once it arrives, I am not happy with the way this turned out and will NOT be a Repeat customer. They call it an inconvenience???, I call it bad business, period.
